The 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Miramichi Golf Club Limited will be held upstairs in the clubhouse at 1:00pm on Sunday, April 23.
The following five Board of Director positions are available for election. All terms are two years.
President
Secretary
Ladies Representative
Club Captain
Director at Large
Prior to the AGM, nominations may be submitted via email to the Vice President at vicepresident@miramichigolfclub.ca.
Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the AGM. There will be no release of the nominations list until the AGM. If you have any questions about this process, please contact Darren Brown, Vice President, at vicepresident@miramichigolfclub.ca.
Proxy forms are available at the office or by emailing miramichigolfclub.secretary@gmail.com and must be returned by 5:00pm on Wednesday, April 19.
